The Model 272-T Towfish incorporates circuits for transmitting and receiving the"standard" 100 khz side scan sonar frequency. The Model 272-TD Towfish operates at either 100kHz or the higher resolution 500kHz* via a selector switch located in the front panel of the Model 260-TH Recorder.

The Model 272-TD can be towed with lightweight, Kevlar tow cables or, for deeper waters, by Double Armored Steel-clad cables.

Full-featured acquisition workstation

The new TEI Portable Workstation can acquire large datasets and produce maps on the spot or continue to process data on-shore on the same system without the need to transfer data. It is capable of performing multisensor data acquisition and running all TEI software modules including Mosaic RT and Bathy Pro RT in Delph Map.

LCD flat panel display

The footprint of the TEI Portable Workstation is half that of a CRT monitor making it easy to fit in the smallest survey craft. Triton imaging inc. isis Sonar digitizes, stores and processes side scan sonar signals and combines the sonar imagery with navigation inputs to geocode the data in real-time. Isis Sonar interfaces with most conventional analog and digital side scan sonars. It runs under the Microsoft Windows operating system. Isis Sonar is flexible and user friendly. TEI training maximizes full use of system features.

Delph map

Triton imaging inc. Delph Map is a mosaicking and mapping package that builds a georeferenced visual database of images, vectorized sonar feature extractions and other spatial data.

Delph Map is designed to support the Isis® Sonar and Bathy Pro™ Data Acquisition systems with geocoding, image merging and mosaicking capabilities. An operator can process side scan sonar images acquired by Isis Sonar into geocoded sonar mosaics and combine them with swath bathymetry data in a single software environment.
